Awakening Purpose in the Next Generation
Kingdom Ambassadors International is a global faith-based mentorship platform empowering youth across Africa and the diaspora to turn their struggles into strength, their wounds into wisdom, and their dreams into action.

A young leader rises during a KAI mentorship session
In 2010, I was broken and hiding in plain sight — serving refugees in northern Kenya but carrying my own wounds. I poured myself out for displaced families, believing that if I just stayed busy enough, I could outrun my own pain.
My mentor was doing the same work. Her hands were full serving the suffering. But somehow, in the middle of that fire, she paused to see me. She looked past what I was doing and spoke to who I was becoming. She called out purpose when I could only see pain.
That moment forged me.
Now I live to be that voice for young people who are hiding in plain sight — serving, striving, surviving — but not yet seen. They're in classrooms, churches, and communities across the world, carrying gifts they don't yet recognize and wounds they don't know what to do with.
I see them. I call out what God placed in them.
Because someone did that for me, and it changed everything.
When you partner with Kingdom Ambassadors International, you're not funding programs. You're continuing what my mentor started — the holy work of seeing people into their purpose.
— Margy Otiato, Founder
Kingdom Ambassadors International was born from one woman's journey through pain — and the mentor who saw purpose on the other side.
In 2010, during the devastating Horn of Africa crisis, founder Margy Otiato was serving refugee families in northern Kenya. Surrounded by unimaginable suffering — families fleeing Somalia, mothers who had lost everything, children who had seen too much — she encountered something unexpected: her own healing.
A missionary mentor looked past Margy's wounds and spoke to her purpose. In that season of serving others, God began transforming her own pain into something redemptive. She discovered a truth that would become the heartbeat of her life's work: when we stop running from our brokenness and instead offer it to God, He turns it into a bridge for others.
That revelation planted a seed.
Years later, during the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, when the world locked down and young people faced isolation, uncertainty, and shattered plans, that seed sprouted. What began as virtual conversations with youth in Kenya grew into a movement. Young people weren't just connecting — they were being transformed. Industry leaders and luminaries began joining the conversations, challenging youth to think bigger. Faith-based coaching sessions became spaces of breakthrough.
Today, Kingdom Ambassadors International operates across five nations — Kenya, Uganda, USA, Canada, and Australia — connecting African youth and diaspora communities with mentors, leaders, and a faith community that believes their struggle is not the end of their story.
It's the beginning of their rising.
Comprehensive mentorship and development opportunities designed to inspire, challenge, and equip the next generation of leaders.
Founder & Visionary Leader
Margy Otiato is a certified life coach, pastor, mentor, and global ministry leader with a heart for awakening purpose in young people who've been told their circumstances define them.
Her journey began not in triumph but in struggle. Through her own experiences of rejection, loss, and searching for identity, Margy discovered that intimacy with God — not performance, not titles, not achievement — is the foundation of lasting transformation.
That discovery was forged in fire during the 2010 Horn of Africa crisis, where serving traumatized refugee families became the crucible for her own healing and calling. A missionary mentor's words unlocked something in her: the wounds she had hidden were the very things God wanted to use.
Margy brings over two decades of administrative experience with the United Nations and international organizations, giving her a unique blend of global perspective, operational excellence, and on-the-ground compassion. She is Co-founder and Pastor of Eminence of Grace Church in Mount Vernon, New York, and founder of Kingdom Ambassadors International.
She is the author of the forthcoming book "Emergence from Emergencies: Transforming Pain Into Purpose" and co-author in an anthology, with proceeds supporting a House of Refuge in Kitale, Kenya.
Margy's approach to mentorship is rooted in Scripture and relationship — not formulas. She helps young people move from survival to significance, from fear to faith, and from isolation to community.
"I don't teach theory. I teach what broke me, what healed me, and what I've watched heal others."
We exist to awaken purpose in a generation of young people who know their identity in Christ, transform their struggles into strength, and lead with character, compassion, and conviction.
We believe every young person carries a God-given vision. Our role is to call it out, nurture it, and connect them with the community and tools they need to walk it out.
Kingdom Ambassadors International serves youth and communities across five nations:
Our founding home
Expanding across East Africa
Serving diaspora youth
Connecting North America
Bridging continents
Wherever African youth are asking "Who am I?" and "Why am I here?" — we are present with answers rooted in faith and community.
Leadership without character is dangerous. We invest deeply in integrity, humility, discipline, and servant leadership — the foundations that outlast titles and platforms.

Community is built in presence. Our retreats create space for connection, reflection, and breakthrough outside the noise of daily life.
Pure joy and freedom — the fruit of KAI's work. These moments of celebration strengthen bonds and create lasting friendships that support each participant's journey of growth and leadership.
We put faith into action. Our youth participate in hands-on service to vulnerable communities — feeding the hungry, visiting the sick, and being the hands and feet of Christ.
Leadership without character is dangerous. We invest deeply in integrity, humility, discipline, and servant leadership — the foundations that outlast titles and platforms.
Going INTO communities to serve with dignity, preserving the humanity and strength of those we walk alongside.
Our commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.

By December 2026, Kingdom Ambassadors International will establish a sustainable monthly food distribution program for destitute families in Kenya.
But this is about more than food.
This initiative is a training ground for the next generation of compassionate leaders. We're not just feeding families — we're forming young people who will feed nations.
This vision was born in our November 2024 community gathering, where our members overcame fear and shared their individual visions for the first time. This is what emerged: a collective commitment to tangible, sustainable, compassionate action.
Hear from youth whose lives have been transformed through mentorship, faith-based coaching, and community service.
Kingdom Ambassadors changed my perspective on what's possible. Through the mentorship program, I connected with industry leaders who challenged me to think beyond my circumstances. Today, I'm pursuing my dreams with confidence and purpose.
